What is Firefox and how do I get it?
Firefox is an open source web browser developed by the Mozilla Foundation. The beauty of Firefox is it is open source (faster updates/security fixes) and extensible (add functionality and asthetics of your choice). Learn more about and download Firefox at Mozilla.com.

How do I install a theme for Firefox?
Go to the theme's page in the Add-ons section of Mozilla.org. Click 'Install Now' (make sure your browser version is supported). The theme will download and will prompt you to restart Firefox. Go to 'tools' and 'add-ons', select 'themes'. Click on the theme you want to use and click 'use theme'. Restart once more and the new theme should be running.

How do I get the black Windows theme seen in the BlueIce screens?
The theme is based on the Microsoft Zune with dark greys and some orange. You can download it here: go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=75078. Install the downloaded file and go to properties to select it like a regular Windows XP theme.

What do I do with the .jar file?
We recommend trying to auto install per the instructions 2 above. However you can also open Tools -> Add-ins -> Themes and drag the jar file into the window.

Can I use the BlueIce icons for a project?
Please shoot us an email to get approval first. Usually this is fine as long as you are not copying our theme elements for your theme or similar project. We will not send you the original graphic files.

Why do I get a download error when trying to install a theme?
A download error -228 or the like can occur within 1/2 hour after a new theme version is uploaded. You may also get the error if the mozilla servers are too busy at the time. Try again after some time and you should not have a problem.
